Jamaican Dominoes

1. Who We Are

Domino Club operates the Jamaican Dominoes mobile application. This policy explains what information the app processes and the choices available to you.

2. Information We Process

Account information. When you create an account, our authentication provider, Clerk, processes your name, email address, profile image, and sign-in credentials.

Online gameplay information. We store room membership, display names, match results, game mode, and leaderboard wins needed to provide multiplayer games and rankings.

On-device information. Sound, haptic, and offline-game statistics are stored locally on your device.

3. How We Use Information

• Authenticate users and maintain accounts
• Operate multiplayer rooms and matches
• Display player names, results, and leaderboards
• Protect the service and comply with legal obligations

4. Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell personal information. Account information is processed by Clerk to provide authentication. Hosting and database providers process data only as needed to operate Domino Club. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service.

5. Retention and Deletion

Account and linked online-gameplay data are retained while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account from the Profile screen in the app. You can also review the outside-the-app request process on our Account Deletion page.

When deletion is completed, your Clerk identity, room memberships, leaderboard wins, and other records directly linked to your account are removed. Completed match records that do not identify or link back to your account may remain as aggregate gameplay history. Records that must be retained by law may be kept only for the required period.

6. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, and authenticated requests to protect data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

Jamaican Dominoes is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Your Choices

You may access account details in the app, sign out, or permanently delete your account. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, or object to processing of your personal information.

9. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. For privacy questions or an outside-the-app deletion request, open the Jamaican Dominoes listing on Google Play and use the email shown under App support.
