Jamaican Dominoes

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Jamaican Dominoes ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, hack, or exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other players
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the App
• Use automated bots or scripts to play the game
• Interfere with or disrupt our servers or networks

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The App is free to download. We offer a Premium subscription that removes ads and unlocks features, billed through Google Play at the price displayed in the App.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play account settings. Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy.

6. Advertising

Free-tier users will see advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including graphics, game logic, and branding, is owned by Domino Club or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Domino Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jamaica.
