How to delete your account

You can request permanent account deletion at any time using either method below. The request covers your Domino Club account and data linked to that account.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

Open Jamaican Dominoes on your device
Open the Profile tab
Tap Delete Account
Read the warning and confirm permanent deletion

Option 2 — Request outside the app

Open the Jamaican Dominoes listing on Google Play, expand App support, and email the developer from the address associated with your account. Use "Account Deletion Request" as the subject. We will verify and process the request within 30 days.

What data is deleted

Your account profile (name, email, profile picture)
Your room memberships
Leaderboard wins and match results that directly identify your account

What data is retained

We may retain anonymised, non-identifiable aggregate statistics and completed match records that do not identify or link back to your account. Records required by law may be retained only for the legally required period. Offline statistics stored only on your device are removed by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app.
